2013 E350 major service

Here's the basic information about services: Services to Keep You Going
Here's a nice write up about your transmission, including the service interval (70k miles): Mercedes-Benz 7-Speed Transmission (722.9) Service Walkthrough
Service is mileage-based or every-two-year based. Regular service is a nothing burger from a time+effort point of view, so if you are out of warranty, DIY or indy shop is recommended.
Mileage:
10k miles: engine oil and filter
50k miles: engine air filter and spark plugs
60k miles: transmission fluid replacement
150k miles: coolant replacement and fuel filter replacement (not 100% sure on the fuel filter)
Every-two-years:
Cabin filter(s) and brake fluid replacement
When needed:
Brake pads and and rotors, tires
Main battery and auxiliary battery or voltage converter
When/if desired (I recommend all of the below):
Axle(s) fluid replacement
Poly-v belt replacement
Belt tensioner and pulleys replacement
Ignition coils replacement
If needed:
Cam magnets
Cam position sensors
O2 sensors

Now I service it every 50k km.

I recommend this shop, they can cut that price in half and the service is better than my personal MB dealer. My local dealer has a cute girl in parts though.

My local dealer will pretty much fib to get out of doing trans service, they do not like doing it, do not follow the official MB bulletin for changing ALL of the fluid either, unless you confront them about it.
