Overall not a bad set of faults! Car just needs someone like you on top of maintenance before things start to snowball.
Thank @S-Prihadi for extracting the exact code setting criterias for you:
Upset VIP's... SC2M and EIS can't talk 🙄
Poor connection issues are starting to materialize with your 2x front door modules, ignition switch and steering control module.
Here your choices are:
- Ignore issues... 0.
- Replace failing modules... $$$$.
- Fix modules better than new... 0.
Basic maintenance is the best way to avoid costly repairs.

Gladly appreciate any advice you may have, the other codes besides your screenshot I'm not too worried about

So I can't make a DTC list of a module my car does not have ...sorry .
Go and get the Launch Creader Elite for BENZ. Its the cheapest most capable scanner at the moment. NOTE : DO NOT mess with that scanner VARIANT CODING capability.

Also sometimes less capable scanner may produce weird DTC which is not the very same as per what is being transmitted by an MB Module.
This is the only A89 trouble codes I can find
