Hi all!

New to the Mercedes-Benz world, have always been a General Motors fan. Branched out and purchased a 2015 Mercedes-Benz E550 4Matic Sedan. It only has 42, 000 Kilometers and is fully loaded and in mint condition.
What are some early things I should be keeping an eye out for? I plan to maintain it meticulously. From what I can see online, most issues with m278 had all been sorted out more or less by 2013 or 2014. Also, this unit being in such good condition and low miles and serviced every year, i'm hoping I don't have any issues.

Before considering the regular scheduled maintenance you want to check upon the "oil in harness" - The concencus is to add pigtails on non leaking units and replace leakers before installing pigtails.

Unfortunately the replacement CPS & Solenoids are recognized to leak just as well as old one. So install pigtails in either cases.. ✌️

You will love that car. I had my ‘14 E550 for 5 years as a daily driver and it was an amazing car. Fast as hell and still returned excellent mpg. Best of all worlds and rare. Enjoy!
