Hello, first time poster at end of tether. My 2012 E350cdi with Harman Kardon has lost all audio, the reverse camera no longer works and will not connect any phones. The amplifier has been tested and confirmed all fine. I have a screenshot of comand in service mode. Would appreciate any advice as to where any linked components are on a W212 Estate. I have searched high and low for a wiring diagram without success l. Thanks in anticipation

Your NTG works but the HK Audio has no sound with a known good Amplifier. Engineering screen shows a "Ring break pos.1" and "Wrong MOST-Ring".
Your issue is an open fiber link in POS.1.
No light > no data > no digital audio sound!
Now the whole question becomes... what is the module sitting as MOST#1 ??
That module is sleeping not passing any data out. It is keeping your fiber loop open.

I think somewhere around the NTG Menus... you can display the ordered list of active MOST devices... get that list of devices!
The missing module will be your bad guy... satellite module (trunk left side) + 3G Cellular module likes attention (trunk forward)... double check.

If a useless module is raining on your parade, chances are you can bypass it with an eBay fiber extension .

without information about what is standing as MOST#1, you can proceed by elimination. The media MOST is a small network wired in a loop with optical fibers: Channel In + Channel Out
