How to scroll through radio stations one by one
I’m trying to hook up Bluetooth to play my music, I need a radio station that don’t work in my area or there is a bunch of static, when I move stations it just skips over to stations that work….. how do I go through each station one by one without it jumping?

Sounds like he is actually using a device with an FM transmitter like the old Garmin Nuvi 7xx or 8xx GPS units. They had incorporated MP3 players and transmitted to an unused FM frequency that you would set on your radio. They also had Bluetooth, but only for phone calls.

I don't listen to radio but I reckon if you press and hold the "forward" button on the Comand unit it should not skip the stations

In radio menu, you can choose presets or next good signal as in Seek, if I'm understanding your question correctly, if not switch to seek in menu, then use console knob to go up or down band from there.

In this case changing from preset to seek in the menu and using the control knob on the center console allows you to move individually up the dial, at least on my 4.0 and 4.5 head units, maybe not the case in your 5.2 or whatever you have head unit, but I believe he is searching for an unused channel to set up his bluetooth which would indicate to me he does not have a 2016 with your head unit containing or capable of adding bluetooth directly.
