I recently bought a 2011 E350 4Matic with 130k miles. I drove it to work this morning just fine. I come home start the car up and go somewhere I noticed it wouldn’t shift so I turned around and went home.
I hooked up my Autel scanner and it read these codes… P2734, P2759, P0606 I would like to get some help on what this could be.
I erased the codes and drove the car around and it shifted like normal. Turned the car off and turned it back on and then it went into limp mode once again.
Sounds like transmission control module (TCM) problems. Do a search function here or on YouTube...there are plenty of posts or videos on the codes you're getting.

Your scanner clearly shows which fault is current, the two others are not active.
