The bushing are "casted/moulded" into the sway bar and can not be replaced on its own.
You need to buy complete sway bar.
I know its kinda sucks, but that is how it is designed.

Im sure thats how they intended it but I would also if the bushing inserts are available get those, finagle that tab open part way and replace bushing, tap the tab back into position. It wont be easy per say.
Those bushings I very highly doubt are molded in place but then again anything is possible. The retainer portion is not molded in place but crimped on after the fact. If you can find a insert that works it can be done. Maybe see if Konigstiger and see what the parts numbers are.

Interesting find,
Similarly on Ebay (as usual careful with cheapo parts) https://www.ebay.com/itm/304694803354
Also, part number 212 323 0965 is for the torsion bar, not the bushings. I could not find the bushing in the EPC.
It would be great to know if it matches another manufacturer's part number for an equivalent OEM provider.

Them boys are vulcanized on which is a heating/chemical process that makes it malleable and soft so the rubber should be at an exact fit and texture to work. You can cut the old bushings out and go the janky route with something like this:
I do not recommend this route, I've never tried it, I just know it exists.
The correct route is something like this guy:
https://mbparts.mbusa.com/oem-parts/...bC12OC1nYXM%3D
Make sure to enter your VIN on checkout so the clerk can finalize and confirm your fitment. I got it wrong on my personal car because there are like six choices and it's pretty confusing.

The stabilizer torsion-spring bar is one of the early maintenance item for suspensions....
When the plastic links get wasted, additional freeplay sets in with lack of biasing forces.
I just got done dealing with exactly that 6 month ago on my daily driver: bushings + links front & back.
The rear axle stabilizer has similar parts: BUSHINGS + LINKS and maintenance schedule.
Comfort/Sport Refresher kit would be (8pcs) :
Front : Stabilizer (BUSHINGS)
Front : Stabilizer (LINKS)
/Rear : Stabilizer (BUSHINGS)
/Rear : Stabilizer (LINKS)
The more we respect speed bumps, the less these parts get abused by a lot of bumping energy.

There are different sway bars for RWD vs 4MATIC, Hydraulic PS vs Electric PS, Coupe/Cabrio vs Sedan, Standard vs Sport Suspension etc. I found several different part numbers online for sway bars, so EPC is always the best way to confirm.
