Steering wheel not centered

When I got the car from MB dealer last Tuesday(Transmission and brake fluids replacement), I noticed that the steering wheel auto level slightly to right at stop or very low speeds and car turn left, I did some correction by hand to center it after 3 to 5 mile trip it was centered the whole day. Today I noticed it again, so corrected by hand, after moving from low speed to high speed it was centered again by itself.
Any idea why that is happen and is that normal.
Note: At high speed as all we know the steering wheel will be stiff so the wheel will be at center. At low speed two times happen with me until drive the car for high speed it aligned by itself.

Many things can negatively affect the centering...
- wheel pressure need adjustment
- identical tires need check
- 4M clutches need service
- rubber bushings gone soft
- Lane Assist asymmetrically wearing brakes!
- Electric rack has recalls
- SCM does not reliably hold center track
- Outer tie-rods need be aligned
- front subframe bushings
- Rack mount bushings
While around there, replace the short lived stabilizer links. They do not directly affect tracking but help make suspension looseness tighter.
Any maintenance done is one you don't have to worry about.
Show us the front tire wear pattern: wearing inside a bit or a lot?

That's happen when I got the car from dealer (I didn't feel it before I go to the dealer), Transmission fluid replacement or brake fluids replacement may touch any part for steering rack.
>>> check cold tire pressure is key!
(34 to 37psi).

- 4M clutches need service no idea what is
- rubber bushings gone soft what is this and how to check
- Lane Assist asymmetrically wearing brakes! Lane assist not available for my car
- Electric rack has recalls no idea if it was replaced in USA before import to Lebanon last year
- SCM does not reliably hold center track Not checked
- Outer tie-rods need be aligned Need to be checked and alignment center
- front subframe bushings what is is
- Rack mount bushings

The tranny ATF service or brake fluid does not involve dealing with the steering.
However if your brake pins are not lubricated (high-temp silicon), it is possible for one wheel to drag on.
That can directly result in not tracking straight.
TEST: Raise car to try to spin tire freely..
Next thing to try is to get a trusted wheel alignment.
