Front Left Malfunction E250 CDI
I am about to purchase a E250CDI the car is flagging up ( Front left Malfunction, service required ) I have been told a sensor underneath driver seat need replacing, has anyone on here know or aware of this, should I walk away or should I carry on with the purchase, car is being sold without any warranty and priced accordingly too.
Any ideas of what could be the best and worst scenario, car being offered to me as bought as seen basis and no warranty, any advice would very much be appreciated

Thanks

Mercedes come with many different motors with 4, 6 or 8 cylinders with 0, 1 or 2 turbo with either Sport or Comfort suspensions. Wheel and tires are important options as well.
There is an old saying about... "Cheap Benz Are Expensive To Maintain!" - Is a way of saying that the sale price does not reflect cost of ownership.
The car has great spec all round , been told the issue relates to a sensor under the driver seat which can be bought for like £50-£70 so I am thinking could be a good buy, but I think I will try and see what the inspection will cost and try it.
Thank you for the advise.

Thats just me though. Trying to get inout to purchase a car is difficult as no one can see, drive, or inspect the vehicle.
