Worned out VVT lock pin???
Try posting your file on Youtube and post a link to it here....
These great MY'14 have plenty of ticking to keep us guessing. Mine ticks very evenly like a sewing machine
The 10 to 15s noise you are referring to is likely what is called a "STARTUP RATTLE".
A 15s rattle is the long type. I'd asdociate that to a weak VVT Phaser gears.
Specifically the Bank-1 Intake camshaft phaser may need to be further diagnosed before replacement.
Give us video if that's convenient.
In the mean time a quality approved 10W40 oil engine can help with its viscosity.

Tensioners + VVT + Cam
Okay, I've just heard your heavy long rattle.
What mileage is your engine now?
Do you want to invest in a complete repair or minimal and cheap?

cost effective RATTLE options...
-2- One or more of your VVT has developed inability to look. I wouldn't mind that issue if given good oil pressure afterwards. The rattle makes it sound worse than it is. Of course m8nimize the restart counts. The high cost of repairing this makes the benefit questionable at high mileage.
-3- The root cause is the dry shaft of HPFP is getting harder to pump up so it drags bank1 intake Camshaft into rattling from a worned out lock pin.
if your ECU has flagged camshaft timing errors then due to loose reluctor wheel may require camshafts ($$$$).
