2011 Mercedes E350 Dome lights problem

Exclamation 2011 Mercedes E350 Dome lights problem

My 2011 Mercedes E350 sedan has a problem, dome light don't work front and rear, I have checked fuses - all fuses looks good.

use your OBDII scanner to read "OCP Module".

This is where these lights are controlled.

You'll gain sight on what's happening and a chance to perhaps make it work under 5mn.

FYI: one of the OCP buttons does shut-off the dome lights. Have a look, play around to see if luck strikes.

Thank you, but there is no OCP module, car scanner just show up the message no response from Overhead control panel.
Still thinking may be its a fuse, I have checked only fuses #2,3,17,39,41

you sayed fuses are good but confirm the OCP module is not reported missing

Any idea who last installed a rear-dash-camera around there ???

The problem could be with the Central Gateway that connects all modules together.
