2014 E350 Serpentine Belt sudden misalignment

Hey y’all, I noticed the belt on the coolant pump/fan has suddenly become misaligned, slightly protruding forward toward the front bumper (screenshots attached, link to 10 sec video below).

After inspecting on multiple occasions, cold start and warm engine:
1) Crankshaft pulley seems to wobble, not excessively (correct me if I am wrong as this might be normal)
2) Idler tensioner also wobbles a tiny amount
3) The pulley which the belt is not sitting properly on doesn’t vibrate at all

Would anyone here be able to tell whether it is the crankshaft causing the belt to move or would it be the tensioner pulley causing this or is it something else? Thank you!

Really good observation
How about your alternator pulley can you inspect freeplay with belt-off.

The two things that can missalign serpentine belt is where it's coming from and where it's going.
Let me see...

replace belt-kit !!

back from fishing.... you just need a belt kit with the two plastic idlers included.

my belt aligned over pump

genuine plastic idler pulleys

Water pump is located between the ALT and an idler.
As far as engine rotation goes belt is arriving from the idler > Pump > ALT...

The tensioner is built... to require replacement, specially because it won't work well with a fresh belt.

What's your current mileage??
