Diesel return line - broken
1st time post - long time reader
I had to replace the rocker cover gasket on my 2011 e250 today
literally touched the diesel return line and the plastic clip broke then the second one did the same. Looks like the heat got to them.
i need to replace to the line but can’t see where it connects at the back or the engine.
anyone got any experience?

i need to replace to the line but can’t see where it connects at the back or the engine.
anyone got any experience?
I am going to take a bad wild guess and say it connects at the pump itself.
GDI pump are returnless systems so that maybe a different line such as coolant pipes at engine rear.
