Can Anyone Identify the source of this noise (video attached)

I have an appointment for service later this week - not sure if I should park the car up or continue driving. The noise is present during start up and goes away after about 15 minutes of driving. Its very loud and obnoxious - like a robotic whine (video here:https://www.reddit.com/r/mercedes_be...ideo_attached/)

Sounds like the front of the engine passenger side but unclear - No issues with drivability.

It does sound like a bearing but could be the idler, water pump, or other pulley. Have you checked for movement in all your pulleys with the engine off?

my Ford SUV was making an awful chirping rattling noise, constant regardless of RPM... really loud under the hood. Ford Ecoboost forum folks were saying all kinda scary stuff about cam phasers, turbos, etc....

turned out to be a little scrap of random metal that had gotten behind the water pump pulley. dealer took off the serpentine belt, started it, no noise. dealer spun the various pulleys, boom, water pump. pulled pulley, scrap fell out, no sign of where it came from, no damage, buttoned it back up, no more noise and no charge (ok, I have a CPO/ESP on this SUV).
