W212 2012 front brake locked

Hello guys
I drive an E classe 220cdi 2012 (w212)
the front right brake gets locked while driving, no abs light no traction control light no dashboard warning, it just gets stuck and gets really hot while driving, the mechanic checked the caliper it seems fine so after asking multiple mechanics they all agreed that the abs pump should be replaced
so knowing that there is no warning light on my dash, is it possible that the abs is really the cause?
and if it’s the cause is it reparable or should i just replace it?
please help

The car has brake hold/incline/decline hold. The sophisticated braking system isn't the same as grampy's '72 Chevy. It needs Star diagnosis.

when does it actually happen?
After you press brake or just whenever it wants to?

Does you E-class feature "Lane Assist" safety feature ??
This triggers ESP braking independently...

You may want to get yourself a scanner to diagnose your chassis issues in detail.
