Rattling noise from engine

Hi everyone. There is a metallic rattling noise that has been eluding me for some time in my W212 E400. I can only hear it in the following conditions:

While driving with the driver window down
Engine with partial load
Car is close to a wall or a building that helps "reflect" the noise back. Driving upwards the garage ramp of my apartment is when I first noticed it.

I was browsing the forum the other day and came across a post (https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...212-sedan.html) with technical bulletins and one got my attention LI09.40-P-061542 - Rattling noise from turbocharger. The bulletin came with and audio file from Daimler of the noise and it seems to be quite on point with what I hear on my car.

Has anyone noticed anything similar with the M276 DELA and (most relevant) has anyone implemented the recommended fix?

EDIT: Just to clarify, the audio file is not mine. It's the sample file provided by Daimler. I'm still going to try replicate that in my car since I've only listened to the rattling so far while driving.
