E350 bluetec high pressure

Hello everyone.

Recently bought a 2015 e350 bluetec estate. Had engine light come on. I have Xentry, but only just getting familiar with it. I had read the following fault codes.. P02D300, P02CF00, & P019185. The first two relate to injectors 4&2, learned value for injector has reached the upper limit value.
The last one : the rail pressure sensor has a malfunction there is a signal above the permissable value.
I can clear the fault codes, and the eml stays off for some miles, however it does come back. I've read a lot of threads to do with low pressure, but can't find anything to do with high pressure.
I've ran a high pressure regulator test, through xentry, and it came back with a green tick. I'm pressuring that's a pass?
Can anyone suggest my next move? Is it a case of needing the two new injectors, or would something else trigger those issues?
Any help would be appreciated.

Try like this:

Choose P02D300, click on this fault code and in bottom right corner you will see "Test" button activated. Press this button and follow the steps.

Hello again. Thanks for the help. It's mentions certain adaptors that are needed to perform the tests, which I don't have.

OK, you can try with rail fault to learn how conducted test can be done with Xentry.

Also, in Adaptation menu you can find a routine for "Quick Teach in for injectors" and this could reset the values of adaptation. This way you can try to check from scratch the values of injectors on idle.

A compression test may be useful, with Xentry as well
I can show you over the internet if needed,

Finally got around to looking at this car. Xentry is telling me that Y74 needs to be replaced. I have looked everywhere, and can't find out if this can replaced separately, or if I need to buy the whole rail. Anyone know either way?

On most of MB cars the Y74 valve is mechanically/hidraulic calibrated together with the rail. As valve and rail need to have some holes over another holes in such a way as the flow needs to be at a certain level and Xentry doesn't offer any procedures for this kind of calibration.

Your VIN number will help to filter exactly the parts available for your model.

Indeed, A 642 070 33 95 Left Rail it's the correct reference number.

You can buy a Second Hand part as this is not a common fault for this engine.

I have just ran the test again several times and now it passes every time. Tried to run a test for Y94, but couldn't because it had a red triangle next to the pressure regulator. (Should have taken a picture, as I can't remember the exact wording)
Can the Y94 be replaced on its own?
I don't know the part number for it

Y94 it's more likely to fail and yes it can be exchanged.

Also, on Xentry tests, before starting, you have a list of conditions that's need to be met.

Would a leaking hose contribute to high fuel pressure?

Besides the air that enters from where the fuel escapes, a leaking will always can be translated with "less", where less quantity could lead to less pressure....and the system will try to compensate agresive and this could be your fluctuations.
