is your head unit already running same region and you only need an update or the maps local region is missmatched ?
Map updates are normally available but region change are a different story.
Typically map updates are purchased on media because their data size is huge.

updates also only tend to exist for a few years after the model was made...
I prefer using Google Maps or equivalent on my phone, its always up to date.
