UPDATE

I been discipline in maintaining my car interior humidity level ever since I made this post.
If I do not open my car door, I can get away with 4 days of humidity reaching 65% ish and then I DEHUMI it again.

Everytime I done the dehumifying, by the time I am done closing the door and removing the DEMU unit yada yada, the humidity from the 43% lowest when HUMI unit running,
will settle to 50%.

Everyday it will climb 2-3% there about.

If I use the car, even with HVAC making the interior air dry, the amount of door opening event is plenty enough, I can DEHUMI the car and get 300ish cc of water.
If I do not use the car for the 4 days since I last DEHUMI it, I get 200ish cc of water only by next DEHUMI session.
if I DEHUMI it again within 2 days, I won't get more than 100ish cc of water.

Something I noticed as remarkable.
I never paid attention to humidity as I was born and lived in the tropics all my life and I was diving al lot, so high humidity is my daily bread but low humidity is a slow progression
whenever I turned ON the HVAC in my room or on the yacht. Thus I never got the chance to feel the same 31C but one at 85% RH and my car interior at 50ish % RH withing 1 second.

These past few weeks been very hot as usual, and I was messing around and was mild sweating.
Everytime I open my car door and feel the car interior air at the same 31C as outside, but 30% less humidity, DAMN, I can feel the air seems like 2-3 Celsius ( 4-5F ) cooler !!! So awesome.

I read about this easier evaporative cooling in drier air, but I never had the chance to feel it apple to apple at 31C. and I can switch in and out within seconds.

Thats all the report.....

Capsules are a great solution to control environmental exposure to a car.
S-Prihadi, are you aware of Las Vegas? It has one of the highest average temperatures of any US city, and regularly sees 40C in summer months(Jul-Sep) and some excursions to 50C. Our way of coping with the heat is an attempt at humor from an old saying by residents and tourists. “It’s hot, but it’s a dry heat”. There is a lot of truth to low humidity making higher temperatures more bearable, and high humidity making lower temperatures more bearable. Of course high heat and high humidity quickly becomes unbearable, unless you are acclimated.

I know Vegas is hot, but crazy dry...amazing.
Never beeen there though.
I often visited humid Florida area due to yachts related activity, but now I hate travelling, when above 7 hours flight.

Sharing......

I got Temp and Humidty logger, for data logging sake.

From left 0, or zero hour to #1, that is the logger placed in the car before I use dehumi unit.
#1 and A is dehumi unit in action for 8 hours.

.

#2 is the humidity stabilizing or reaching its equiblirium inside the car. All fabrics dan carpet do hold moisture, can't escape that fact.
I kept dehumi in the car for some hours, never drain the collected water.
I open the door and get spike up at #2 tip and run again the demuhi for 2 hours till #3 where best RH is 32%. Can't do better. It is the dehumi unit limit.
A , B and C is the car interior getting warmed up by dehumi hot exhaust air cooling its condenser. A being highest because of 8 hours run.

#4 to #5 is another dehiumi run of 2 hours and I removed the dehumi unit and collected 400cc of pure distilled water.
Highest record I can collect water is 450cc.
Lowest I ever collected if 8 hours run and car was dehudified say 3 days ago, its about 250cc.

#6 is the car interior RH slowly rising, #7 is me opening the door and close it again, the same as #8 and #9.
#10 is me keeping door open for long time and finally removing the temp & RH logger, to download its data.

The logging is 1 data point per 10 seconds.

This confirmed the previous measurement by eye balling the humidity and temp small sensor I placed inside the car.
One time dehumifying the car for 4 hours and immediately removing the unit ( because it has water collection bowl ), should be able to keep the car RH under 60% for 4 days if doors never opened.

This new logger supposedly is well calibrated. Its reading on RH is between my smaller and bigger sensors. It can hold max 100,000 data points or good to 10 days approx at
10 second per 1 data point.

END

S. Prihadi,
You have a dashed line on your graph.
It appears to represent a mid 30’s scalar.
Is that an optimum measure for heat and humidity?
If not, what is the static heat and humidity that would be ideal?

No.
Those lines seems to be how the apps designer wanted
The apps is very clunkly.
