Hello forum members,
According to the WIS attached, MB tool 212589004300 is used to press both sides (ref. steps 5 and 6).
Pressing from both sides does not appear to be necessary unless the inner rubber seal gets further seated when using MB cups.
Has anyone pressed in their strut rod bushing using the MB cups?

The baby ball joint at the end of the arm will also wear out, when and if the bushing you are discussing needed to be replaced.
So replacing the entire arm is better...yep cost more.
