Thumping noise from underneath w212

Hello. I have a 2014 W212 E220. When I go over a heavy bump (such as a speed ramp) with the front wheels, when the vehicle drops, there is a thumping sound from under the car. Particularly when hitting a bump with the front left wheel. As if something is loose and hitting the floor. I have checked the exhaust, and all is ok. The bushes are all good, the suspension is quiet otherwise. The engine (OM651) and transmission mounts have been changed. The car doesn't have air suspension.Thankyou for reading.

No1 stabilizer links may wear out prematurely
No2 forward control arms.
No3 ball-joints
misc:
wheel bearings freeplay
loose plastic strut-bearings
spring bottom washer/spacer plate
bushings of stabilizer bar
seasoned struts
You can pin-point your noise or simply throw parts at this. Suspensions benefit from all fresh components.
