Read the catalog. It has some good info and will lead you to the correct parts. K-Mac was easy to work with over the phone.
The parts aren't cheap but neither is a good set of tires. It's worth spending the money and an afternoon under the car to install 'em.

ditto on Kmac - no more inner edge wear.
Send him email with your year and model car and he will hook you up with correct PNs.
Find a good shop willing to install as rears require some cutting of old bolts or something as they hit something and cannot be pulled out without removing way more stuff then needed.
My mechanic found out the hard way and after messing with it for a day I sent email to KMAC and they stated what to do. I think since then they added to instructions.
Point of all that is find a good local indy mechanic who takes pride in his work and they will easily install and then align the rear end.
Get the one with Toe and camber adjustment.
Also have front end check to see if you need the same - for now my front is fine but I figure someday I will need and by the front kit.
PS if you do this and go back with tires you can see inside worn have it aligned again when you do go back to new tires.
And make sure they understand you now have adjustable bushings for camber and toe.
Allows me to sleep better without fear of having rear tire blow out due to excessive inner edge wear which is hard to see for normal driver.

Thank you all for the great info and K-Mac feedback based on your experience.
@K-Mac, I sent an email to you @ sales@k-mac.com on Monday a little past 3PM your time. Not sure if you got it but I can’t msg you through the site because the admins said I haven’t posted enough to unlock that feature.
I’ve got a 2016 E63S 4MATIC that has extreme tire wear issues. I’ve had the inner edge tire wear on front & rear tires. Replaced tires several times in the 2.5 years I’ve had the car and had a blow out once already. Currently have a small hole and extreme inner wear on the right front tire leaking air again.
I looked @ the catalog but wanted to confirm exactly what parts are needed to fix this issue for the front & rear. Thanks!

Just spotted your input !
On checking see yes did respond direct to your personal email address of Monday the 7th.
Pointing out 2009 to 2016 E63 AMG ‘4MATIC’
Front kit (Camber & Caster) P/N 503716M $595
Rear kit (Camber & Extra Toe) P/N 502126K $480.
Both can fit without special tools or need for control arm removal.
Both provide up to 2 extra degrees Positive or Negative adjustment.
Precise easily accessible single wrench adjustable.
sorry for the late reply K-MAC. Thank you for the info & confirming. A few additional questions:
1. Are the parts 503716M & 502126K in stock and ready to ship within the U.S.?
2. Is there a discount or special pricing for MBWorld.org members?
1) Yes 503716M & 502126K in stock which means DHL Express air would receive by Friday next !
2) DISCOUNT / PRICING - Current promotion is DHL air Express delivery worldwide $40 one kit $20 each extra.
Also (with constant / ongoing R&D) have now included bush extraction / insertion tools. Eliminating need for special tools - or time consuming control arm removal !
K-Mac are you able to send me the directions for 503716M & 502126K?
I finally found a local mechanic and they’re asking me to share the install directions of the kits to see what’s involved and provide a labor estimate before they commit to the job.

I will say if he cannot get some of stock bolts out - I think 2 end up hitting fuel tank for rear and after talking to kmac those can be cut out.
Otherwise PIA to drop tank to make room.
01. FOR REAR CAMBER ADJUSTABLE K-MAC BUSHING
K-Mac rear camber kit, manipulate the SPRING ARM bushing at the subframe and not the true camber arm of the suspension system.
If your workshop relies on MB WIS, he will try to find Camber Arm.
This is the spring arm bushing at subframe. The other bushing for spring arm is at the wheel carrier/knuckle and is a special ball joint type bushing.
Spring arm bushing at wheel carrier/knuckle
The top part is the Camber Arm mounting spot at wheel carrier/knuckle, where both bushings for Camber Arm are built into the camber arm itself.
With this information, your workshop will charge you for Spring Arm works and not Camber Arm works.
Your workshop will also charge your for pressing out the old bushing of SPRING ARM at subframe and install new K-Mac bushing there.
If you install the K-Mac toe-arm busing, which is at the arm itself, your workshop will charge you the removal of toe-arm and remove/install toe arm bushing subframe side, which is the adjustable side.
This is the toe-arm also called tie-rod or track rod
See the broken arm below right bottom corner, that is the toe-arm/tie-rod and the subframe is UPSIDE DOWN.
----------
Usually when one speak of adjustable camber feature for MB rear suspension, it is the camber arm itself which is adjustable. Like below :
Let us know how much they charge you for the labor . I am curious.
Good luck....

Found my receipt from my trusty INDIE Shop - Rear install was billed @ 4 hrs -
Owner said probably would charge the next guy 6-8hrs due to having to cut 2 bolts out
The Alignment check before and adjustment after was extra.
TIP: Have them run an Alignment report prior to install so you know where it started from.
Before K-MAC Rear bushing Kit
Rear Camber & Toe was:
LR = -1.8 / Toe = 0.17
RR = -1.8 / Toe = 0.25
After
LR = -1.0 / Toe = 0.19
RR = -0.9 / Toe = 0.16
