ohhhh sorry, F45 is at the rear trunk if W212. Yours is W212.054 using M272 engine.
I was quick reading Tim's post and I thought it stated front SAM N10/1
Here is rear SAM fuse block. Right side of trunk , near rear tail light. There is a small window u can pull out, the hairy interior "wall".
.

Reason: ADD INFO
Your image is delayed too by more than 5 minutes.
Are you sure you are holding a W212 rear SAM fuse block ? It does not look like a W212 version.
There are writing at the black body of the housing for fuse 45 and all fuses, use torch light and wear your reading glass if you use one.
The one I'm carrying is the front fuse box, not the rear one.
Do you mean I should check the fuse box at the back for this problem?
the power supply at the input of the control unit combustion engine has a malfunction

Ohhhh your image is delayed too. I can't see it in the post, but I can see it when I tried to reply and use the QUOTE.
Up to my reply on this post, your image is not up yet. Dang-now it is up.
I will get back to you and tell you all the fuses for M272 engine computer. I am sure all is at the front SAM.
However if you replaced the Front SAM and did not program it to suit you car, you can have lots of issues.
So did you replace the front SAM ?
I am sure you have checked all fuses at front SAM one by one...yes ?

My friend, I checked all the fuses, then I completely replaced the fuse box, and then I replaced the engine control unit, all to no avail. I actually reprogrammed it.
2177, I dont have data on this DTC, FAULT SETTING CONDITIONS <---- I want to see this
My engine computer is not the same as yours. Mine is newer MED 1.7.7.xx , yours is ME 9.7
Go to your Xenty N3/10 section and see the DTC list and find 2177 and take photo.
Below is 1st photo.........
NOTE : P2177 is different to 2177.
---------
Below is 2nd photo
Expand this information and take photos. Complete data yah.

Tell us the complete history of this car, when it come to you and what you did and up to the point you are asking for help today.
History is important. Example, the Front SAM has 2 version, facelift and non-facelift as per EPC. If you got wrong one, it will surely cause you problem.
Below is 3rd photo
Be warned, I am not an expert, but I am willing to help.
So be very clear and detailed when you tell us the history/back-story of the car.
You have Xentry and you can program, you are not a newbie. I am sure you are skilled. This make your request for help very challenging.

If you have checked all these :
- All grounds, including the one under the car to tranny ( not documented )
- ground which is behind the brake booster for left hand drive car, this one is for ECM. Usually called W16/5 if I remember right.
- wire harness for engine computer
- Main Battery is heatlty
- Auxillary battery, small one inside the dashboard is healthy
There is a high chance the ME9.7 engine computer is the problem, as you indicated.
In my country, M272 with ME9.7 will often go bad within 10 years. It is what it is for a hot tropical country with severe traffic jam.
The local nickname for ME9.7 is Barbequed ECM I kid you not.
