Collision Prevention not switching “On”

Hi,

I have an issue hoping if anyone has had this issue, and any experience.

i had my car serviced, engine transmission and had my rear brakes changed as well. After my service when I left the garage, it comes up with this sign in the graphic display and the red triangle no longer is appearing when I move near a car at speed like it used to. In the collision prevention assist menu it is switched on but still shows this symbol, have had the scn coded and have had it recalibrated and has made no difference. I have also checked fuse 36 no difference. What else could be causing this? And if I was to clean the sensor how would I get access to it? Is it behind the bumper?

have scanned onto Xentry and no error codes either…..

what battery voltages am I also looking at that will show if the battery is dying.

Your collision radar was SCN & calibrated but is not working and Xentry shows nothing.

There's nothing more you can do than follow Xentry guided troubleshooting steps for this module.

> Big gap...
The fact module was calibrated and is error free means it is working but you say it is not....

You getting brakes + ATF + SCN does not add up.

How did that really begin... ??

had initially went in to change brakes and get service done because of miles and routine maintenance, after I had left I saw this icon appear, and since I took it back he told me a simple update can fix it but hasn’t…

run a complete Xentry scan then
Use guided testing.

The only thing I can think of connecting your brake job and collision feature is the ESP Module.
