W212 Blower Motor Replacement
Had to replace the blower motor in our 2016 E class today. Have never done this on any of my W212’s. I used this video. It helped me out a lot. Got the part online for under $100. 20 min it took me. Easy job that saves hundreds if not thousands from a dealer. The person who made the video if you’re on here great job.

Blower sleeve bearing are often tight to begin with. So motor uses punishing high-Amps (15...20A)
Did you replace the cabin air filter?
It helps cooling air flow for the pulsed MOSFET ballast "resistor".
(~ up to about every 5 Yrs)
