Supply and demand and if you can find one cheaper, go ahead and buy one.
I know mine with 2014 E63S wagon with ceramics and 52K, won't go for anything less than $54,000

Yup. The wagons go for FAR higher than KBB and fast. That car is about identical to mine (I have upgraded wheels). I think the price is on par and valid for the car. Check out BAT, that price is right in the market.
