E250 CGI problem after cold start
After starting in low temperatures below -10C/14F for first couple minutes it jerks when try to accelerate up to 2000rpm. After reach 2000rpm drives and accelerate smoothly. It happens when engine is deeply cold.
Then after 3 to 5 minutes of driving when engine get's warm a little the problem is gone .
Diagnostics data show that it's overfilled with fuel but xentry still don't throw any dtc.
Automatic adjustment -2.5mg
Low range adjustment -22%
High range adjustment -0.7%
Other actual values from engine looks fine.
Air inlet lines checked with smoke machine and don't have any leaks.
I'm attaching photos taken from cylinders; it looks like three injectors are wet in fuel.
The spark plugs are also very smoked. Fuel quantity measured during engine start-up.
Maybe anyone have an idea what could be causing this problem?
Thanks.

Look at your plugs gap opening...
wide and extra-wide gaps...
Contrary to popular belief wider gaps do not fire up better... but misfire better!
Colder fuel is harder to atomize which creates a lean firing conditions with unburned gas that register as rich combustions.. "lean registered rich"!
Carefully adjust your spark plug gaps to be :
- all exactly equal
- at 1mm spec.
- at 0.75mm gap
-- Read your LTFT at warm idle before gapping and after.
-- Read fuel rail pressure with scanner.
