I want to add an aftermarket backup camera to my 2010 wagon. There is no place for acamera in my trunk, so I bought the plastic piece with the factory hole that's supposed to house the camera. I have bought some camera's but they don't fit just right. I wonder how the factory camera's are fitted in the trunk. Can anybody make some detailed close-up photos of their factory backup camera?

As you know Wagons are S212 chassis.
The sedan W212 factory CAN-Bus camera is mounted above licende plate.
I think the rear view camera in our 2011 Wagon is awful. The camera in our 2010 ML350 was much better. This one seems distorted and it's really hard to know where the edge of the car is without the lines. I'd love to upgrade it.

This is aftermarket too. I DIY the install. Mine is sedan, but I think the plastic above the number plate would be similar in the wagon.

Mine is NOT a reverse camera, it is part of a tripple camera dashcam. 3rd one is front bumper cam.
