S212 Paddle shifter issue

S212 Paddle shifter issue
Howdy all I'm new to s212 ownership just got the car the other week and for some odd reason the paddle shifters do not seem to function and have a audible stiff clicking sound, I suspect the car was thrown up in diver side. Any help is appreciated search's online do not bring up anything about paddle shifter issues for the w212.

Connect your basic MB Launch scanner to read the Steering Column Module (SCM).

It has a stack of sub modules with marginal connections that need soldering.

Scanner will let you test functions that are not working.

### Private CLS 400 as seen in Hong-Kong SAR.
