Fellow members, if you'd like to treat yourself to a good laugh just follow this guy, he's had over 15,000 posts on this web-site which obviously shows that he has no life, this is his life. Just disagree with him and it will bring to mind a 6 year old child that must have his way, it really is pathetic as well as pitiful. You really should see a Dr. as there is help out there even for a sociopath like you.
I'm hoping to reach the 15K mark by early this morning......thanx for following my posts.......that must keep you pretty busy

Man, I can't think of a reason to buy this E sedan given how well appointed the C is now these days, unless you need the couple inches of legroom and fancy driving tech. If you get a black luxury model C, it's even hard to distinguish it from the S from a distance.
The only differentiator would be if they didn't have the tacked on iPad screen, but I have a feeling that it will be the tacked on iPad and not the ultra-cool S instrument panel. If they have it in the CLS I'd be surprised if they don't have it in the E.
Now the coupe could be a different story, pillarless always wins...

I can say this, the New e class almost looks exactly the same as the C class at first glance. But that being said, I really like the new C class expect one part, the nav. The Ipad looking nav just kills the interior. The new E class having the S class type nav is just a win-win. I really will looking into buying one.

BMW and Audi is the same way, it hard to tell from a 3 series to a 7 series from a distance. Lexus has pretty distinctive looks in each of models, too bad they are all ugly. Sometimes it is better use a good design thru out the lineup rather than coming up with 5 or 6 design and hoping one or two of them is a hit.

I also saw the same car the next day, or a similarly camouflaged prototype. I was out in the Sindelfingen area, and also saw a dark camo prototype. They are getting close.
We'll see if it is amazing or makes us all like 212 even more.

Sport AMG styling just isn't my thing on the E Class. I hope this new generation brings "Avantgarde" line to the U.S.! I'm a fan of the elegance body w/ the sport grill. something the simplified & watered down U.S. versions didn't have.

I suppose they both have wheels, doors, and windows. But the 6 window design vs 4 window design negates most real similarity.

Maybe the jellybean look from the 90s is coming back, but at least the new E has a SWEET interior. The new int looks to be a beautiful update from the boring err classic int of the W211/212.
My past two cars were jellybeans and I'm grateful for a something with some straight lines in its design this time. It was too much for too long!
Too many times I've barfed on spy pics only to eat my words later when I eventually see the car on the road. Also, I suspect that the Sport pkg and AMG versions will sharpen up its ext appearance. Time will tell.

Please order if from me I LOVE the Estate cars, especially the AMG version!! So far I've only sold one E63 Estate from our humble dealership.

More "leaked" photos
MB decided it would be fun to tease us with a short series of interior shots and pictures from around the design studio:

Can't wait for this new E to come out. Looks futuristic, for some reason more so than the Sclass. just hope the interior doesn't feel cheap like the c class. Have"nt ordered a car before it came out, but in this case i just might.
