Even though it was ceramic coated, I still like to have a coat of high quality wax put on. So my detailer just spent 4 hours detailing the car and the wax I prefer is Collinite pure carnauba. It's amazing wax, long lasting and very durable. So just a few more pics!
Ok, I did not think that a wax would make THAT much of a difference, or more like a ceramic coating then wax. But, WOW! Absolutely beautiful.
Putting a ceramic coating on a car is a great thing. It truly protects the paint, but there is still nothing IMHO like a high quality wax over the ceramic coat. Doing one immediately after the ceramic coat produces what my pictures show. Sublime brilliant shine!

Thanks. Considering they are wafer thin the ride is excellent, whether that is because if the air suspension or not I do not know as I have never driven a non air car. However, given a concrete road surface they do rumble a bit, but I think that is because they have run flat tyres.
I have to say though that the inside is more tan/toffee coloured than the pictures suggest. Personally I would have liked the light beige interior, but MB UK won't let you have it unless you buy a petrol "proper" AMG model but there was no way I was going blue out and black in.
Finally getting around to posting the new 2019 E450 Wagon with AMG sport package. In short, she's a vast improvement on my old 2015 E350 Wagon. Lithe, stable, finesse and linear power. I'm counting the days until the break-in is complete!

Hi could you please post more pictures of your ride??! I have the night paskage as well and its “blacked out” —not really Mercedes. Your black accents are exactly what I want to do on my car. You already got me sold on the front grill. Looks so much better. Could you post another picture of the rear? I want to see the black badges and the chrome strip off. Thanks!

The grill itself is OEM its a MB AMG sport line grill which comes also on the E class with the Night package which has most of the chrome removed. The posted pics we were talking about above are that grill is either vinyl wrapped of painted to black out the entire thing and pretty much a chrome removal as it should of been included in the actual "night package" from the factory.
Im going to do a complete chrome removal I just want to see some more pics of what im going to expect. As for the front grill im 1000% on board.
