Hello Adam.
Thank you for your patience.
Please see the attached Order update. You will not see a PO number as of yet because we are waiting on the allocation on a Chassis with the P3 Package.
The good news is your are next in line for this chassis. Hopefully we will have allocation soon.
I will be following up with you as the process continues. Once I have an allocation, I will be able to estimate when your vehicle will be produced.
If you should have any further questions please reach out to me either via email or phone.
I look forward to assisting you.
Regards,
Julie Boland
Hello Adam,
Thank you again for your patience.
The reason we are waiting is the Head Up Display in the P3 package is on back order. Once they have a remedy for this I will update you.
Thank you
Julie

If there is no PO number, you car isn't on order from the factory. The PO number is the factory order number. This is most likely because the dealer does not have an allocation to sell. Your order with the dealer is in the queue waiting for a dealer allocation.
Dealers can only order allocated vehicles from the factory. The number of allocations varies from dealer to dealer.

Two things: ventilated seats could work better here in Florida. They DO cool you a little but not to the extent you would want.
The seat bolsters on the new seats stick out more than on my older 2014 E350. After 3100 miles the leather on the edge of the driver's left bolster had worn off (a piece the size of a half dollar) as a result of my butt hitting it when getting in the car. The dealer took care of it under warranty only to the extent of having a leather guy buff it and recolor it. The outer coating of the leather is gone so I suspect I'll be back in to have the whole seat cover replaced before the warranty period runs out. The dealer suggested (and I had been doing already) using the door controls to push the seat back before getting in, giving me more room to enter the car without rubbing the seat. So now I'll be replacing the seat motors due to over use

I suspect the leather used on the 2018 isn't as substantial as what was used in the 2014. No problems with the 2014 when I turned it in, vs. premature wear at 3100 miles on the 2017.
I look like an old man getting in my car now! Moving the seat back and backing into it rather than hitting the bolster on the way in. Sheesh.

oooo Hold on. I'm really confused what the heck is going on with your order. So few weeks ago i sent you a list with dealers in your area with available P03 package in production. I don't know which dealer did you choose but all they had to do is to place your order in with a car that was already in production. I don't understand why you're so back now again with not even having a car on order and you wait for allocation.
There's a bunch of E300 with P03 at Florida dealers in production. I think you deal with the people that don't know what they doing or have no interest to sell you a car.
How much discount did you get?
