On the panoramic roof when you click to open the sunshade it also flips up the actual sunroof. Why? I think it should be one click to auto open the shade then another to activate any glass open functions. Currently I feel it makes it all to easy to not notice your sunroof is fliped up.

Not what happens for me. I slide the switch towards the rear of the car and the shade only opens. Once open I slide the switch again and the roof opens.

Are you pushing the button up towards the ceiling, or sliding it from front to back?

Sliding it back. But I will double check my technique.

You should just pull back slightly and it should just do the shade
If you pull a bit more and past the resistance point you will feel it - and it should open both

Yes but it would nice if I could click once and the sunshade opens. Click again and sunroof opens. Not one click and sunshade and roof pops up. Why?
