Lokey goes out of their way to please customers. Right after I picked up my E300 hurricane Irma hit and a Pirelli tire was punctured. I discovered that Pirelli run flats are not repairable even for a simple tread puncture. Lokey installed a new tire without charge on a Saturday afternoon. They got MBUSA to pick up the tab. That is customer service!

It's only been 2 business days (29th & 2nd) and the truck may need to make multiple stops. That said, the real issue is your less than adequate dealer, Mercedes Benz of Tampa, not MBUSA. I had my car the day after it was released from the VPC. I believe that Lokey sent a truck to retrieve my car since the VPC kept it longer than anticipated.

The issue is were were told "You will have it within 72hrs" on the 28th....then went there yesterday in person as were told it should be in....guess what...and again today.... nothing. I did get 3 years maintenance package for free because of the **** POOR communication. But I'd never send anyone there.
