Any E43 Canadian owners?
Hi,
Just want to see if there are any E43 Canadian owners?
I just want to see what package everybody got on their E43.

I have an 18 E43. If you are inquiring about the heated armrests, the answer is yes I do. Is your car an 18 or 17 model? Options may have changed for 2018, which includes the heated armrests in the premium pack.

I just took delivery of an '18 E43 in Canada, and yes, mine does have the heated armrests , and all other possible options....
However, the factory 'forgot' to install my heads up display (although it was part of the Technology package I ordered )
On the weird side, no W213 E class in Canada, can be ordered with the 'acoustic comfort package'.
Some marketing genius somewhere, made that arbitrary, asinine, inexplicable decision.....

The package options in Canada are very different vs the US because we've structured everything in big lump sump packages. I will attach it so you know what I mean.
Mercedes Canada tries to keep the most wanted options in a bundle. So people rarely option those standalone ones.

Yes your right. I think if you ordered earlier for the 2018 model year, it was still called "technology package" but now if you go on the mercedes canada site, they've changed it to "lighting package" and made HUD as a standalone option. They've taken out 360 camera as well which used to be included in the "technology package"
The acoustic comfort package should be included in every region and I too don't understand Mercedes Canada for not bringing that in as an option. People who buy E Class prefer a more laid back and serene setting. I would understand if it was not an option for E63s.

Reading your other thread, it looks like your car was short shipped. MB should compensate you for the error. Actually you aren't missing much. This is a useless option.
What I miss most, is the heated steering wheel. That's really necessary in our climate.
