nope, smells perfectly fine when I take it out of the glove box haha. Plus the service techs and the product concierge cant smell it either

Don't know what to suggest then. For us, the E300 we picked up last Saturday has it and the E400 I'm picking up tomorrow has it, but truth be told, it's not an option I would have personally selected and wouldn't really care if it didn't work.

I wish there was an easy way to remove the whole thing. It takes up too much space in the glove box.

We have it in our E400 and to be honest, we cannot tell if the system really is working. I did not ordered in my new E450.

dropped off the car for other issues and had them check out the perfume while at it, again. after bringing it for the 2nd or 3rd time they agreed that it was a pinched hose and said they fixed it. will report after trying out haha.

Well, did they get it working or give you another runaround?

finally works, they had to replace the kinked hose.
