Went to a local custom upholstery place and they did it for me. Cost 325 bucks mostly due to the upgraded heated seats that provide five levels and which work better with the design of the Mercedes seats. The switches are right below the rear AC vents.

I'm guessing you already had heated seats in the rear? Did they use the OEM switches, how easy was it for them? I'm guessing you're in the US, I don't think there's anywhere in the UK who could do that -(

No I added the heated seats. Only had heated seats in the front and because my mother occasionally rides with us so I had them added. If the dealer hadn’t given me such a great deal on the p3 without the dual screen in the lunar blue I was looking for I would have special ordered my car and definitely would have included three zones, heated seats and a couple other options.

Diamond grille
Hello, I have a 2019 E300 with the night package. I wanted to get the diamond grille. Is there a specific night package grille? I see yours has the black accents.

I am glad you like yours. I just tinted my windows on Wednesday and added the strip at the top of the windshield. Unfortunately my shop only does the windshield strip at 5 percent for some reason and I am having trouble adapting to it. It definitely does a good job of blocking this sun, but I feel like it's obstructing my view a bit. What percentage do you have there?

Chrome wheels. Had the dealer do it before delivery.
Chrome bars (covers) in front air vents.
Sport Pedals (covers)
Logo projection LEDs. Up in the air about this one.
Love your Diamond Grille. That might be next.

Damn, I have exactly the same need but can’t see anyone in the UK doing that? Do you know if it was difficult to do?

If there are places that do any aftermarket heated seats they can do it. There's nothing particular about the Mercedes. I specifically wanted the switches to be mounted below the rear AC vents but the installer initially wanted to put the switches on the sides of the actual seats so I insisted and was able to get them to look more like what they should for someone who isn't a Mercedes aficianado. They are easy for my mother to access and I can easily turn them off if I find that they are running with no one sitting in the back. https://www.banningsonline.com/heated-seats/

The exhaust tips on my '18 E300 are simulated as described in the features brochure. They are simply inserts in the bumper and connect to nothing. That said, elsewhere there is a post that states the E43 bumper is required to attach those tips.

A place in Houston -- Texas Auto Trim. I also had them put leather and heated seats in my pickup. As I said, any place that does heated seats or leather installation can do it. There's nothing particular to the Mercedes that's relevant for these features. The aesthetics are more an issue of personal desire and you may need to stay on top of your installer for that concern.
