Issue with odometer display
Hi all,
First post here but following since quite some time.
Has anyone ever raised an issue with the odometer of a widescreen before?
I have a yellow glaze on mine in the left bottom corner. Picture attached, I hope it is clear.
I already made a complaint yesterday and I'm waiting for a reply from the dealership.
(I have 12000km or 7500 miles on the counter)
Looking forward for your replies!

Your screen is suffering from bleeding backlight. This is a common issue with displays that are edge lit (all of the LEDs are on the edge of the screen). That is usually caused by pressure issues when assembling the screen itself. It should be covered under warranty.

Got a phone all after my email. He said he already 'ordered all the necessary pieces' and that I could come in to the dealership as of the 1st week of June...
Not sure that they were already there or if it was an excuse.
We will see when I come to the dealership.
They asked if I want a replacement car. I thought this would be obvious for a warranty issue but apparently not.
Will keep you posted on the results.

FYI
Just got the car back, was a 1 day fix. Not sure if they replaced only the left one or both, I don't know if they can change them seperately.
It is now working as it should no backlight bleeding anymore :-)
Unfortunately it now gives a notice that have missed a service more than 77 days ago. Hoping to get the possibility to fix it at home so I won't need to go over to the dealership anymore.

Not sure about that, mine came out of the factory in March 2017. I guess you can have the analog odometer or the digital one.
If I'm correct, the digital one is with the large navigation anyhow and the analog one can be ordered with larger or smaller navigation.
Don't shoot me if I'm wrong, not an expert as some others in this forum.

Hi guys, I have this same problem with my E63s from 2017.
Mercedes have refused to help with this problem.
Does anyone have some papers/courtdocuments where its stated that it is a factory fault or that you have got it replaced?
Would really help me!
Thanks in advance
