I have the exact same tires. Absolutely no singing or abnormal sounds. Very quiet tires.

Audible hum at 80MPH on all 2019 E-class sedans?
Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered a loud or audible hum at 80MPH on your W213 E-class sedans. On my new 2019 E300W4, and on a loaner 2019 E300W4, both make a humming sound at 80 MPH. On the loaner, it was almost unbearably loud. It's a few cents off a 3rd octave A natural/B flat. Same pitch range as an open A string on a cello. On my car, it's definitely noticeable, but not nearly as bad. The loaner was a luxury edition, my car is a sport/AMG line. I can't decide if it's a wind noise (it never changes in pitch, but goes through modes as you approach, exceed, or back off 80MPH), or something inherent to tire pressure and therefore a resonance in the wheel/tire combo. If you go 75, no noise. 85, no noise. 80, and you can definitely tell it's there. Let me know if you hear it on yours.

That's been a guess as well - the thicker sidewall might cause some resonances to form. However, the pitch of the sound doesn't change at all based on speed, so it must be a fundamental frequency based on the tire's cavity. I had RFTs on my E250BT4, and they made no sounds like that. The size was different though. I must say that I do like the Goodyear Eagle Sport MOExtended tires, they've been excellent in wet weather traction and overall comfort, despite being low-profile RFTs. Anyone with an E300 and RFTs experience this?

Sounds can be subjective of course. What one person can hear another can’t. What irritates one person is totally ignored by another.
i had the C and the resonance / howl (not tyre tread roar or road noise) from the tyres was Very annoying. When I asked oassengers they had no idea what I was walking about.

Yes I'm pretty sure it is indeed the tires, I get the dreaded humming sound at 80 in my Wagon which has the goodyear Sport tires. I'm kinda surprised they use these tires in a luxury car like the benz, it does not do the ride any justice and they are very loud tires, I have the Michelin Primacy 3 tires on my Cabriolet and get a much more quiet and comfortable ride with the tires, I think I'll put these on my Wagon and get ride of my ride and noise issues, it'll be worth the money.

At this point, just wear them out. You drive the miles so it will be soon. Had you undertaken a swap right after purchase (like I did, heh heh heh), then you would have been able to sell the take-offs for a very fair price.
Incidentally, 6000 miles on my wagon and the tires are still quiet and pliant and handle well. If I have one nagging itch, it's just that the Pirellis don't have as handsome a profile as the Michelins.
