They told me issues with IBM; they working on it and should be fixed early next week.

that's interesting
just tried the me app again and it's still giving the "system error" screen
who knows ... they may be rolling out updates a group segment at a time
have given up trying to make logical sense of how and why for this telematics system 8-)

Back up in Indiana. I had to re-login. No discernible changes in the app. I successfully completed a remote start. It was down for 10 days for me.

Note 2 apps and 2 systems (one for pre 2019 cars the other for MY 19 and newer).

My 2020 has always worked, MB app for my 2018 was not until last night and now working OK here in the North East

If this were the case, then Mercedes Me would have not worked on my 2016. But I've posted previously that it has worked without interruption (older app and system).

I DID have to change password to login to Mercedes Connect this morning, but otherwise Mercedes Me is working fine in North Texas.

Back to not working in IN. Likely MB is not paying the service provider for sufficient bandwidth during peak demand times, such as work day mornings in cold climate regions. Poor show, Mercedes.
