What options can be coded on Audio 20 with Media Screen ?
My second question on which I cannot find an answer is what options I can activate on Audio 20 with big screen ? I read Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Auto Start&Stop to remember setting which is smart, seatbelt chime deactovation and what else is there ?
Does it void warranty ? Is this OBD2 plug activation 100% sure ? It is MY808.

Hi, I took delivery of my E220d coupe in September 2018. Got the widescreen Audio 20 and have been searching everywhere for a CarPlay activation solution. Could you please point me to where you’ve seen this being done? Desperate to get this done as I use Waze all the time and want to make use of it on that beautiful screen!

think it has to be done on site through special tools, wished there was a plug and olay obd system option like older mercedes cars
I've been talking to one of the guys in Germany at the site linked above. He has confirmed my UK car can be activated. He said to get it done remotely I would need Monaco DTS software and a Multiplexer to allow him to do it over teamviewer i.e remotely. Saying it would cost me 150 euros. Lets see if I can get hold of the hardware now!
He told me I need the program Vediamo and that with Xentry it cannot be done. Mine is MY808 so maybe that is the difference, I dont get it why he told you completely different tools.
Yes it is the same guy, I speak german and I am on that forum also. I know it is best for him to make it personal and not show how it is done over TeamViewer but dont know how he told us 3 different versions.
Successfully Activated Carplay in 2018 E coupe with Widescreen Audio 20
Hi all,
Following on from my post above I have managed to successfully get the Car Play activation done on my 68 plate E220d coupe with widescreen Audio 20. I got in touch with the contact mentioned above in Germany and managed to find someone who had the specialist software and hardware in Leicester local to me (very hard to find). The engineer from Germany then remotely connected to the computer here and performed the coding on my car. I now have Apple Carplay, Android Auto and another Baidu app which I think is an Asian social media app or something.
Sorry I only just saw your message. It required a garage that had Monaco DTS software which was very hard to track down, luckily one place local to me had it. They too said they didn't use it very often. In essence, if you can find someone with that software, it should be possible. Then you just download team viewer off the internet and let the engineer connect remotely. Hope this helps

Cant paste the link for some reason but will send a screenshot of the ebay listing and my install process. The seller id vladimircdi on ebay, just send your vin and he will confirm if it works.
The whole installation process took only a couple minutes and was very simple and the seller is quick to respond and ship the unit!
