New owner of w213 2018 - multimedia system
Good day ,
I am new owner of w213 manufactured in dec 2018 with 25k miles. today i tryed to play some video on multimedia but without succes. only sound . i mention i have audio 20 system , analog cluster + big central screen. i search on forum for some info about this , but i couldnt find something. so , my question is : my unit doesnt have video player or i need to activate somehow ?

Yes , i did but without succes. I used usb stick and hdd .looks like is not working video in my car. It there any chance to activate this option ? Or i need to install some hardware parts?

The US members all have COMAND and their responses are mostly irrelevant. There are some third-party products that will add the capability, I think.
