haha looks like even the all mighty S class will receive the A class treatment! Look at those rear taillights... at least leave the S alone!!!

I’m glad

that there are so many others who despise the new E look. Gone is the graceful ideal sedan profile rear and grill and in is the age of pebblized cars, trying to mimic far east competition. It’s a damn shame.

Never lettin her go it seems

Looks like Audi A4 and BMW 3-series taillights... I like the current w213’s tailight alot better, much more classy:-) and they seemed to have removed the analogue clock from the dashboard? Big mistake!

I agree. I really don't like the new taillights that seem to be on absolutely every model nowadays. They look very similar to Korean cars as well. And yes, removing the analog clock was a huge mistake.

Agreed. The Diamond Dot grill is OK. The two cars in the revel looked nice. I would not however extend that to the All Terrain or the Lux trim shown on the two cars which were not featured. But there is such a wonderful design heritage with the Lux grill, I can understand how many would opt for it, particularly over the grill without the dots and just the bars.

I'm missing the analog clock in the center stack.... The Designo interior looks great as usual.

I like the closeup of the front side "vents", showing clearly they're fake. Wonder why they don't actually make things like this operable? Like fake exhaust pipes?

Fake monikers, fake exhaust tips, fake exhaust notes, now fake vents. Unreal.

Couldn't agree more. Could you imagine how nice it would look with that burl wood veneer in place of the steering wheel's black plastic...

I think the styling looks ok. Sadly, most buyers in the MB price range are looking for a status symbol and technical toys to play with while driving. They don't really care about the styling.MB will continue to sell more cars than ever before. I'll always prefer my Bruno Sacco designed W201.

check out this video of the e class face lift in the flesh!. I am trying really hard to like it as more than likely it will still be my next car...

Is it me or does the car looks like it has beefier tires? also, the car looks like it sits higher than the current model? like the wheel gap between the tire and car is very noticeable. from the looks of it, i am pretty positive it is the amg/sports line. perhaps they are doing to as we are all complaining about the harsh ride from the run flats etc.

Your'e "trying" to like it. Haha. Obviously you only care about is status symbol and flashy tech. The car looks like an A class.

jhp, I see what you mean - looks like the 18 inch wheel with AMG line and night package. That wheel choice, especially with the night package and the thick outer rim design gives it a bit of a "balloon tire" look, which isn't super attractive. Probably the 19 inch wheels or even different 18 inch wheels would be a bit better looking. Also - that lighting isn't flattering the silver paint, so it's drab all the way around. In the right light, with the right wheel choice, it's likely much more attractive that what we're looking at here. The thing I cannot get past is the unfortunate rear end resemblance to a late model Nissan Altima - I wish they had done a little better in the rear...
