I am new MB owner and bought E220d Estate 2017 model.
Only thing what is missing there and was very hard found was Distronic Plus included. Car is amazing after few another what I have had.

Is there possible to add Distronic Plus later on somewhere? Like reseller? Would they make those installations? On my car there is already stereo cameras, 360 cameras etc. But only which is missing is this front radar and stick for distronic?

 

I've seen this asked on multiple forums and I'll give you the straight forward answer. It's possible but extremely tedious and expensive. You're better off finding a car with it already installed, sorry.

I believe the previous response is a bit premature. If you sure you have stereo (2) cameras under windscreen, then that's already a saving of at least 1k, compared to adding that in. Then based on what radars you have in the rear and what radars you have in the front, you need to add/replace so they are fit for distronic plus and do full coding to enable that.
I am interested in this for my newly acquired w213 2019. Any things you found please share.
