Should I reset my oil change interval every time I change the oil?
I am planning on changing my oil every 6months or 5k miles with an oil change kit of FCPEURO (https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/mer...-2701800109-7l) instead of 1 year/10k miles. Should I reset the oil change light every time I change the oil? Also, Is there a way to check what service is due? Like if service A is due or service B.

Only reset them service indicator for the scheduled work, not the "extra" stuff. Otherwise the notices for other maintenance may be wrong.

I would skip on the LiquiMoly kit entirely, and change once a year using a Mercedes Filter and prescribed Mobil 1 oil. And I suggest this while not being a purist that says use OEM only.
My first MB, bought as new, took a good 35,000 miles to achieve its best fuel mileage. Oil and filter were changed once yearly, using the recommended Mobil 1 and a factory fleece filter. This tells me that the Mobil 1 0W40 was excellent at controlling break-in of the engine components. This gentle break-in indicates that a 6-month change interval is not needed, and actually wasteful of resources. This renders moot the question of when to reset the meters, too.

Is liqui molly not good oil? It's MB-Approval 229.5 Henghts/Mann is the OEM for the filter. The only reason I am doing the 6 month/5k miles oil changes is because I don't pay for the oil change kit from FCP. They have a lifetime warranty fon everything. I use them for my BMW and I use the same oil for the BMW too. Buy the stuff through Paypal and they'll reimburse your shipping cost back to you. It's a win-win.

The service reset is not just oil but the whole service. I would only reset at the 10k intervals even if you change your oil 2x that. I change my oil and air filter every couple months and wait to 10k miles to reset the service

I wish my dealer had listened to you guys - I bought my GLE in for an oil change and tire rotation at 6,000 miles (...tons of idle time due to covid - picking up takeout, waiting outside dentist office, waiting in testing line, etc.) They unfortunately reset the maintenance indicator, so the car thinks I had the Service A already. Not sure if there is a way to undo this, but was planning to get the Service A at 10K like I always do. Sigh...
