The vinyl coating on the driver's seat bolster on the left side has started flaking off after just three years of light use. Has anyone else had this problem?

Just my opinion:
Same thing happened to my car. It was covered under the 4 year warranty.
Dealer's love warranty work: speak to your service rep and he should be able to have it replaced under warranty.

Speak with Service Manager, present attached 212 bulletin, MBUSA should not have problem extending goodwill factory warranty replacement only 4 days out of in-service date.
