Car won't start

Hello, I own a 2021 MB E450. After a couple of days of cold weather, even though my car was garaged, it won't start. I attempted to charge it for 6 hours on a trickle charger and it didn't help so I contacted MB Road Assist. They sent a technician out who had "the king of all battery chargers" and it still didn't turn over. They now want to tow my car to find out what's wrong. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas would be appreciated, as I would like to avoid having my car towed.
Thank you!

I believe that MB does not allow cars to be towed. Rather they are loaded onto a flat bed truck. Let MB do their diagnostics. Your car is under warranty.

Haven’t you been reading about the 48 volt battery problems on the new E straight 6. It could be that. No way to jump it. It needs to go to the dealer. Check the GLE forum. There are a couple of threads there.

Elvis fan may be right. If it is a 48 volt battery problem you will get a error message in red. Be sure to read about moving the car in neutral don’t let the people roadside sends drag the car. There are two or three threads. READ them and good luck

In October the battery died in my 2018 E400 Coupe. The Car was still under warranty, so my local dealer arranged for a flatbed truck to haul the car to their shop. They replaced the battery for free (would have been an ungodly expensive if not under warranty) and paid for a Lyft to pick me up when the car was ready.

Different type of battery issue (not the same type of battery) as OP but glad it is sorted out.

Disagree. The OP was asking about towing his car — my post was to tell him, albeit indirectly, that when the car is under warranty, MB sent a flatbed, not a tow truck. That tells me a lot.

Looks like there is a misunderstanding... I am not saying your post isn't helpful (it is helpful) I am just stating that the battery on your vehicle that failed is unlikely the same type of battery that failed on OP's vehicle. OP's battery that failed is likely the 48V battery which is a relatively common issue here on the forums. Your vehicle does not have a 48V battery for you to worry about.
Sorry for the confusion.
