hood latch... circuit GND
The latch sensor use nicely sealed micro switches that should last a good longtime...
This cast the doubts back on the 2x separate GND posts, likely up for maintenance.
Locate sensor GND posts: W15/5; W16/3
When these GND inputs go missing, the F-SAM gets an "open hood" signal.
Other circuits sharing these GND experience random disruption in their own ways.
