I'm jealous of what must be the pristine roads you have where you live. Here in San Diego it's like driving on the moon. Those wheels would be ovals by the end of the day.
The problem with extra tall wheels (20" OR LARGER) is that the tire get shorter.
The small aspect ratio of tall wheels produces a short, inflexible, tire wall that is very poor in absorbing impacts.
Hence, the resulting ride is harsh and rough. Impact noise is also transmitted to the suspension and steering column.

I wonder if anyone can tell me what is the maximum size which will fit on front and rear on w213 wagon, E300/E220d amg.
Do E63 genuine wheels fit which are 9.5x20 et25 fronts?
If anyone can help or test fitted any wide or flush fit to fender wheels, would love to hear the spec of the wheels please.

Would be asking for trouble here in Sydney (Australia) with our crazy weather which makes all sorts of wonderful potholes and undulations in the road. The 20 inch stock rims are bad enough with worry about sidewall bulges and worse.
Would love to hear about experiences from anyone who has had wheels this large for some time.
