Digital cluster retrofitted
I was able to fit a digital cluster on my 2018 E300. I still have to code it so that my milage can be transferred over from the old cluster to the new but everything else was plug n play without any errors.
Next is the steering wheel swab. I’m just waiting on the steering wheel retrofit adaptor.

I got the screen and the remote-coding service from MB house, who was a sponsor vendor here briefly. The screen isn't OEM but I have not had any issues with it. Still works great. For the swap, you have to remove the old one by removing the center console, air vent dash (not as hard as it sounds, there are youtube videos on how-to) and unplug the original screen and plug in your new one. Once the physical install is done, the guys at MB house will remote in and code it for you. The way they do this is they send you a OBD cable with your screen and you connect your laptop to your car with the OBD cable. They have you download a remote software and they control your laptop from there on during the coding. I can't remember how much it cost but you can look on their website for the cost.
